We undertake custom machining work from all industries, mainly using bar stock for CNC cutting. As long as a part can be machined on a CNC lathe, we can complete it according to your drawings or samples.
Our equipment is CNC lathes, includes Swiss-type lathes, turret lathes, and fixed-headstock lathes (2-axis, 3-axis, 5-axis, and 6-axis), capable of machining a wide range of parts from copper, iron, steel, aluminum, titanium, and other materials，covering both domestic and imported machines, such as Japanese Star brand lathes. Compared with conventional lathes, CNC lathes offer clear advantages in machining precision, making them especially suitable for precision parts that require high surfacen finish and tight tolerance control. For example, when machining jewelry accessories, our CNC lathes produce finer details, better surface luster, and more consistent dimensions.
We support three cooperation modes: machining with customer-supplied materials, machining from drawings, and machining from samples. Currently, we have a long-term shaft component client who supplies their own materials. With a large factory and high-volume raw material purchases, this client enjoys a material cost advantage. They send the materials to us for the subsequent processing, making efficient use of both sides’ resources.
When it comes to small-batch orders, we are flexible and open-minded. The quantity itself is not the key factor — the production process is. For new non-standard products with complex processes and small quantities, a reasonable price is usually needed because our technicians must spend considerable time on machine setup. However, if the process is simple and there is potential for long-term cooperation, we are happy to accept orders even if the initial quantity is only a few hundred pieces, provided the price is appropriate. Likewise, for our regular standard items such as stainless steel magnetic clasps, we accept orders of 100 or 200 pieces even when there is no stock, because we also need to produce for our own inventory.
It is worth mentioning that we once customized a bearing washer for the center shaft A of a composite disc mainboard. We had never manufactured this product before, yet we successfully accepted and delivered the 300-piece order, further proving our ability to handle non-standard custom work.
